Dear Friends,
As we begin our New Year, I wish to share with you the many wonderful educational opportunities that our students have experienced thus far. In November, our students participated in a very rewarding Science Day. The Discovery Museum in Milwaukee presented many hands on activities involving Physics and Mechanical Science. Our students constructed beehives and made their own inventions out of every day materials. Our third and fourth graders spent two weeks studying the Root River. They participated in cross-curricular projects that included Art, Science, Math, Spanish, and Social Studies. Our students even had the opportunity to canoe on the Root River. Our upper grade students are utilizing the smart boards and the comport lab to study and investigate the civil war.
As you can see, many great things are happening at St. Joe’s. If you are a new family looking for an excellent Catholic School, I invite you to come and visit St. Joe’s. We offer a Christian Catholic educational atmosphere. Our teachers prepare our children to be good Christian citizens. This year we also decided to participate in the school choice program. We welcomed school choice into our kindergarten through fourth grades.
If you would like more information about St. Joseph School, please contact me at 262-633-2403. Exciting things are happening at our School. I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely, Joseph Majowski, Principal
